The schedule is Monday through-Friday from 11am to 8pm and Sunday from 7:30am-3:30pm. You will have one day off during the week

Pay: $12.50/Hour and Earn up to $20.00/hr with our Daily Bonuses + Pay differential for weekend shift + $500 SIGN ON BONUS!

As a Customer Service Representative you will provide effective and outstanding service to all customers, answer inbound calls from prospective customers to prepare and present quotes and recommendations based on customers’ needs, effectively communicate with prospective customers to explain and sell Glass America services.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving auto glass products and services

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attendance
Prior Auto Glass experience is a Plus!
Strong computer software experiences (Excel, Gmail, Windows)
Strong phone experience/etiquete
