Key responsibilities
– You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
– Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
– Handle incoming telephone calls
– Receive and send written business correspondence
– achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
– Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
– Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
– No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
– Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
– Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
– Adeptness in Microsoft Excel
– Practical knowledge of Numeric 8,001 – 10,000 KPH
– Deep understanding of customer service
– Foundational knowledge in documentation
– Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Numeric data entry experience preferred
– Email experience
– Corel WordPerfect experience desired
– General familiarity with Microsoft Word
– 1+ years of past relevant experience
– Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
– Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
