LG- TEK is growing and there is an increased need for Customer Service Outreach Specialists with active TS / SCI Poly clearance. The Customer Service Outreach Specialist will provide reception and administrative support to assist government personnel

Answer general information phone calls and emails related to the use of the Applicant gateway system. Participating agencies are NSA, DIA, NGA, and ODNI.

.Voice messages must be responded to within 48 hrs.

Refer applicants to appropriate agency POC for status checks

Provide monthly statistics on calls and emails

1 year of experience in a customer service role

Ability to learn and follow hiring processes

Basic level excel knowledg

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

High attention to detail

Professional demeanor
