**job description**
Customer Service Support
If you are someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, being an integral part of the team, and enjoys helping clients and customers, we are looking for YOU! The successful person will be prompt, courteous, and detail-oriented, taking and directing all incoming calls, sorting inbound and outbound mail, supporting the spare parts team with quoting, order entry, and reporting, and other miscellaneous administrative duties.
Working hours: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Mon-Fri (Occasional OT will be required)
Responsibilities:
-Good attendance is a must
-Answer phones, and direct callers appropriately, follow up when on hold, etc.;
-Greet and assist customers, and direct visitors as needed;
-Collect and open mail daily, sort and distribute to appropriate individuals;
-Use good judgment and exercise professionalism and discretion in frequent public and intra company dealings;
-Working knowledge of SAP is a plus;
-Operate office machines such as fax, copier, etc.
Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Skills:
-Assist and support the spare parts team with orders, reporting, etc.;
-Participate in office training and meetings;
-Assist in the housekeeping duties of the office;
-Read and follow company procedure manual and safety rules; and
-Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
-High school Diploma or GED;
-Experience in operating computer software programs and basic office equipment;
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to work independently and as a team player;
-Data entry experience;
-5+ years of customer service/call-center or retail experience;
-The ability to concentrate, handle pressure, meet deadlines, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and pay attention to detail;
-Excellent verbal and communication skills required;
-Good organizational skills. Motivated, outgoing, self-starter. Able to follow through on duties and assignments with minimal supervision;
-Good grammar, voice and diction; and
-Maintain professional appearance/demeanor in the office.
