Duties and Responsibilities
Provides customer service for all clients at Lincoln Savings Bank (LSB). Customer Service Associates (CSA) balance the drawer daily, including periodic batching of cashed checks. CSAs also handles certain administrative tasks such as processing forms and transactions, and handles document review for data processing, accuracy, and process management.
Processes customer transactions with accuracy, and professionalism, while keeping a high level of customer service.
Answers and routes telephone calls, takes messages, provides information and directs calls to appropriate staff.
Responds to client inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.
Refers clients for additional retail and bank services. Embraces and promotes the use of LSB+.
Balances teller drawer, vault, and ATM.
Bundles and scans appropriate work through the Branch Capture System.
Acts in accordance with all LSB regulatory policies and procedures.
Represents Lincoln Savings Bank in a positive light in all professional duties. Participates in civic, community, and networking events to cultivate productive relationships for Lincoln Savings Bank.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as defined by Management.
Necessary Skills and Attributes
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior customer service and retail experience required
Excellent communication skills, positive customer-focused mindset
Ability to multi-task while still meeting deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
