Customer Care Associate
Hiring Locations: Radcliff, Elizabethtown, Bardstown
Compensation: $10-11/hr + Commissions
Engages our awesome customers to establish rapport and make them feel welcome by delivery of fun, dynamic customer service.
Accurately determine customers’ needs regarding product, features, rate plan, accessories, etc.
Answers customer’s questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise accurately.
Educates customers thoroughly on our exceptional products and services.
Assists customer with operation of phone equipment and features, by thoroughly demonstrating the product.
Enthusiastically solicits new activations from walk-in store traffic as well as by placing cold calls to potential customers using available authorized lists.
Drives the expansion of customer base by following up on all new activations to insure quality of service rendered and to inquire about referrals.
Highlights merchandise by maintaining store presentation by stocking shelves, counters, or tables with samples of all merchandise available and ensuring store is organized, clean, and free of debris.
Properly completes all paperwork, as required, keeping records of sales, inventory of stock, and merchandise orders in a timely manner.
Adheres to company policies on pricing and procedures.
Processes cash and credit card sales, credits, etc., per company procedures.
One (1) year proven track record in sales
