This position assists the NetBenefits Department in providing excellent customer service to our clients, brokers, and benefit partners that utilize the Netchex NetBenefits tool along with the other product feature that it includes.
Essential Functions:
Works with existing clients, brokers, and benefit partners on a daily basis to assist with their day to day benefits administration needs utilizing the Netchex NetBenefits tool and the other product features that it includes.
Works closely with the existing clients, brokers and benefit partners to assist with annual open enrollments, annual ACA processing and day to day training questions.
Conducts training with new and existing clients to walk them through how to utilize the NetBenefits module.
Assists in researching and resolving client-uses related to NetBenefits
Answers incoming client calls related to NetBenefits and the other product features it includes daily.
Assists with any projects related to NetBenefits and the other product features it includes daily
Keeps abreast of the NetBenefits tool and changes or development releases that may apply to a NetBenefits
Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients and co-workers to promote a quality service image.
Works closely w/the COBRA department when necessary to strategize and assist w/research when necessary.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Special Position Requirements:
Some weekend or after hours work is required based on the volume level of Implementation Set-Ups.
