Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for serving as a customer service and sales support resource providing top notch service to clients and customers for our firm. The Customer Service Representative is a front line position for CMG’S interactions with customers; consequently, strong customer service and sales skills are essential.
Principal Responsibilities:
Responsible for representing us to clients and customers by providing high quality and efficient customer service
Interact with customers daily to ascertain household needs and how products and services offered would meet those demands
Ability to respond to customer inquiries and advise on the appropriate solution
Escalate large sales or leads to senior Account Managers
Manage, track and record all customer inquiries, sales, and leads
Ensure compliance with all company and client polices and procedures
Provide support and assistance to co-workers and other departments as needed
Qualifications:
Some college preferred
1-2 years of customer service or sales background
Ability to interact with customers daily and give presentations as needed
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with excellent time management
Be articulate, outgoing, and professional
Ability to work a flexible schedule
