Customer Service Representative
Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and online chats regarding customer orders
Process online orders, send out order confirmations, answer product questions
Provide shipping information and status updates to customers as requested
Ensure proper resolution of all issues during to order process
Provide product recommendations
Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
1-3 years of professional customer service and order entry experience required
Mon – Fri: 8am – 5pm
