We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Industry) to join our growing team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information!

Responsible for positive customer interactions
Processing orders
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Resolve pricing and/or billing issues
Mostly incoming calls (about 60-80 a day)
Some outbound follow up calls (10-15 a day)
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Must be detail oriented
Proficient with MS Windows & MS Office
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
