We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. You will work at the Landline check in desk at the Minneapolis airport and assist customers in the check in and airline transfer process, providing a warm welcome and representing the Landline brand values.

· Handle customer inquiries and complaints
· Key customer information into reservations systems
· Greet customers and provide information about the products and services
· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
· Document and update customer records based on interactions
· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
· All other duties as assigned
· Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
· Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Positive attitude, strong work ethic and professional demeanor
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· A willingness to learn new systems and be flexible in tough situations
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs
· High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required
