Job Title: Customer Care Professional
Location: Henderson, Nevada
Shifts Currently Available: Monday-Friday & Tuesday-Saturday
Full-time: 9am 6pm, PST

Hourly Wage: $14.00/hr., plus bonus

Job Description:
As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer relations support for our online Financial Services client. A Customer Care Professional is not a call center agent, your role is not only to help our client’s customers with issues they encounter, but to make every customer’s experience with support an exceptional one. As a Customer Care Professional, you will demonstrate a true passion for serving customers while resolving their issues. Customer Care Professionals will respond to client emails and live chat interactions with professionalism and care (on occasion, a phone call to clients may be needed).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely responses to client emails, chats, and phone calls when/if needed
Approach issue resolution with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism
Ensure client files are accurate and updated
Ensure all interactions are held with the highest level of confidentiality
Demonstrate a true passion for serving customers and resolving issues
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
3-years customer support experience required, preferably in an online interactive setting
Ability to defuse client anxiety through exceptional customer service techniques/skills
Ability to think critically and apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues
Must be self-motivated, act independently, and know when to escalate issues
Experience supporting clients with financial services and/or stock market data is a plus
Experience working within the confinements of regulations and compliance guidelines is a plus
Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be a resident of Clark County
Must have a high school diploma or, equivalent
Must have a minimum of 3-years in a customer support role
Must successfully complete/pass an on-line assessment
Must successfully pass a background check
Must successfully pass a drug screening check
Must successfully pass a finger printing check
