Use your organization and communication skills to support the Enterprise Account Sales Manager, assist in managing software renewals, and help bring new accounts to close. You will be responsible for coordinating sales process activities, documents, follow-up and customer and prospect communications.
Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinate and execute customer review meetings
Process renewal quotes and orders
Manage customer issues lists and follow-up with technical support team
Schedule and manage software demo’s and related follow-up activity
Manage customer and internal projects
Process credit card payments for purchases (user licenses, training, etc.)
Assist with sales campaigns, events and conferences
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or High School Diploma with 3+ years related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with CRM NetSuite, sales or marketing automation software
Experience in a Customer service or client-facing role
