Customer Relations Associate?
The role of the Customer Relations Associate is to provide outstanding customer sales and service on a face to face basis to our customers and clients alike.
The Customer Relations Associate will promote our client’s products & services, deal with any inquiries from existing customers relating to their accounts, order products, and services where applicable, renew subscriptions and open new accounts where necessary.
Handle questions and product inquiries from customers
Recommend appropriate products/services/plans based on the customer’s needs
Handle product returns, complaints, and other customer requests
Ensure accurate data capture of all information from customer/client
It is imperative that all sales targets and goals set are not only met but exceeded on a daily basis. KPI’s are essential to every business to ensure productivity is at the highest standards. Key KPI’s to be met for this role include:
