Account Coordinator
Job Overview
Image Source is actively seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented and punctual Account Coordinator to join our team! You will assist in the day-to-day administrative support to our Account Executives to ensure accurate and timely project delivery. Other duties may include product ideation and quoting, sales process oversight and pre-production mockups. These professionals will communicate directly with existing and prospective clients across different platforms to find out their marketing needs and order follow-up. You will work closely with our preferred vendors in order to ensure all projects meet your clients’ deadlines. We are looking for candidates with a strong passion for branded merchandise that will assist our teams in building and maintaining client relationships through proven results. To be a successful Account Coordinator, you should be well organized, proactive, and able to perform multiple tasks for different clients/teams at the same time.
Responsibilities for Account Coordinator
Work in a fast paced, high energy work environment while proactively troubleshooting and creatively solving problems.
Efficiently manage the sales process from order entry, client communication and supplier communication to successful and on time project delivery.
Coordinate project activities and deliverables across various teams.
Create and present product quotes to prospective and existing clients.
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
Work both individually and collectively to complete daily tasks.
Qualifications for Account Coordinator
Highly detail orientated with strong time management and the ability to multitask.
A strong understanding and display of customer service excellence.
Customer focused with solid problem-solving skills.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Outlook, Excel and Outlook.
Experience with ERP data entry systems (e.g. Microsoft Navision) a plus.
Excellent and effective communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Prior experience in the promotional products industry is highly desired, but not required.
Enthusiastic and passionate result proven creative solutions.
Basic graphic design skills or knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus
