The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting in safeguarding client assets, and serving as administrative and operational support to the financial advisors and the Skyline team. This role requires superior interpersonal and multi-tasking skills in addition to performing a variety of daily tasks so that the team grows their business, runs smoothly and meets service excellence standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquires and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date
Build strong relationships with client base and identify firm services and solutions, such as online access and cash management offerings, that support clients’ needs
Support the firms marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials, assisting with client mailings and planning client events
Onboard new client accounts and transactions
Perform administrative duties in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone, scheduling meetings, mail, filing, and client correspondence
Skills and Qualifications:
Four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
Proficient in technology platforms, including Microsoft Office
Client first attitude
Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills
Strong communication, time management and organization skills are required
Team player with ability to collaborate with others
Strong work ethic with the desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
Industry experience a plus
