At the end of April 2019, WorleyParsons combined with Jacobs Energy, Chemicals and Resources (ECR) division, to create Worley.

Position Summary

 

Broad range of complex responsibilities; required to exercise independent judgment within that area. May support a senior manager, large department or project, or be specialized within a certain functional area and providing support in that area. Excellent PC skills using a variety of software products as well as strong administrative and business operations knowledge. May be assigning tasks to or overseeing the work of individuals at lower levels.

 

 

 

 

     

  • Gathers, compiles, tracks and reports on information relevant to project assignment from multiple sources
  •  

  • Sets up and maintains files, refers callers, arranges meetings and conferences, receives, refers and answers mail
  •  

  • Reviews drafts and finished documents for grammar usage
  •  

  • Uses personal computer to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
  •  

  • Compiles, reviews, and analyzes data
  •  

  • May design processes to enhance work flow
     

  • 7? years of experience required
  •  

  • High School Graduate or GED required
  •  

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  •  

  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
