Overview

The Manager, Business and Systems Integration manages all activities involving system benefit development and implementation, contract administration, coding compliance, fee schedule implementation, provider network database management and quality assurance, internal and external auditing of the key processes, system compliance and acceptance testing, and process improvements designed to increase operational effectiveness.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br /><strong>Education Level</strong><br />Bachelor's Level Degree<br /><br /><strong>Experience</strong><br />Required: Health Insurance Industry – 3 years, Healthcare Administration – 3 years<br /><br />Preferred: None, unless noted in the "Other" section below<br /><br /><strong>License</strong><br />None, unless noted in the "Other" section below<br /><br /><strong>Skills</strong><br />Required: Communication, Complex Problem Solving, Leadership, Mgmt of Staff Resources, Project Management<br /><br />Preferred: None, unless noted in the "Other" section below<br /><br /><strong>Other</strong><br />3 years related experience in Health Insurance or Information System Support required.
