Overview

The Senior Clinical System Analyst is responsible for supporting, planning and implementing applications and technologies for the customer base. Responsibilities include the oversight of intermediate scale projects or components of large scale projects; development of project plans and timelines and coordination of project implementations; design, testing and implementation of application upgrades as well as problem management, change management and service requests; effectively setting and managing customer expectations at the management and staff levels; providing daily and on-call support and makes recommendations for improvements to the on-call process; acts as lead liaison with the customer base, vendors and other areas within Information Technology.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br /><strong>Education Level</strong><br />High School Grad or Equivalent<br /><br /><strong>Experience</strong><br />Required: Related – 5 years<br /><br />Preferred: None, unless noted in the "Other" section below<br /><br /><strong>License</strong><br />None, unless noted in the "Other" section below<br /><br /><strong>Skills</strong><br />Required: Leadership, Mgmt of Staff Resources, Project Management, Service Orientation, Time Management, Troubleshooting<br /><br />Preferred: None, unless noted in the "Other" section below<br /><br /><strong>Other</strong><br />2 yrs experience in a relevant clinical department being supported required & 3 yrs IT experience in support of a relevant clinical department required (5 yrs total), OR 5 yrs IT experience in support of a relevant clinical department required. Previous licensure/ certification in a clinical health care field. Multiple IT proficiencies/certifications preferred, as available/relevant.
