Specialized experience is defined as performing duties that include: 1) Preparing and formulating multi-year budgets for a Department of Defense activity (Army, Navy, Air Force or Marines); 2) Planning, organizing, and directing an integrated system of financial staff HQ services, including finance and accounting, budgetary, managerial, and financial reporting and management analysis; and 3) Providing guidance and feedback to senior level officials on the planning and execution of funding in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and best practices.
