Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Analytics

Location: San Francisco, CA / Bellevue, WA

Duration: Full-Time

Start Date: Immediate

Primary Role:

Provide analytical architecture analysis, design, development, and enhancements

Develop analytical framework with the help of offshore team for the project

Prepare the data dictionary for the list of variables from the client’s data

Finalize the list of variables for modelling based on business and technical aspects

Define and identify appropriate analytical model for the project

Develop business insights based on the output of model relevant to client’s business needs.

Prepare the benchmarking report (technical report) for to analyse and compare the results of different models/variables

Presentation of final results to the client and discuss further opportunities within/outside the project

Responsibilities:

Complete accountability for delivering 1-2 projects from conception to implementation

Managing the team of BAs and SBAs

Interviewing client intelligently to learn important figures and gather requirements

Managing project timing, client expectations and meeting deadlines

Creating smart & impactful PowerPoint presentations

Playing proactive role in business development (preparing sales collaterals, pitch documents etc.) and organization building (training, recruitment etc.)

Desired Skills & Experience:

3-5 years of analytics experience in Retail, e-commerce and Telecom (highly preferred)

Master in Statistics/Economics or Bachelors in Engineering from Tier 1 institutes

Possesses strong analytical / logical thinking skills

Highly proficient with SQL with R/SAS and MS Excel and PowerPoint

Proficient in Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Clustering, Time Series Forecasting and other statistical techniques

Should have experience with Marketing Mix Modelling or Campaign Management
