About the Role
How you will contribute
Administrative processing and processing of customer orders
Shipment tracking and feedback to the appropriate contacts
Creating statistics
Acceptance and processing of customer complaints
Telephone appointment notification of customer orders
Settlement of forwarding orders
Billing of orders
Your Key Qualifications
Completed training as customer service representative or comparable training
Fluency in oral & written German is essential.
1 year work experience in a high tech customer services and logistics’ environment
Safe handling of MS Office applications
Responsiveness in dealing with Customer requests.
Attention to detail for billing, process analysis, customer complaints investigations & reporting activities.
You are a team player, communicative, reliable and stress-resistant.
You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, pro-active work with high self-entitlement.
