Overview

Under the direction of the Product Manager, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating sales and sales related activities related to Amerex Restaurant and Industrial Pre- Engineered Fire Suppression Systems.

Work with and manage relationships with OEM Project Coordinators related to OEM Restaurant and Industrial System installations and hook ups.
Coordinate KP and IS installs for all customers.
Perform customer service for KP and IS customers.
Enter POs and track all orders.
Communicate changes or new products and distribute to customers.
Insure information regarding customer requests and/or complaints is provided accurately and efficiently.
Make decisions and judgments on sales, quotes, and pricing for KP and IS products, particularly related to OEMs and available to assist customers as needed.
Coordinate projects between salesmen, engineering, and production.
Review and process RMAs on KP and IS products.
Assist with the creation of literature and sales brochures, including specification sheets.
Assist customers and installers with basic troubleshooting.
Maintain records all KP and IS documents.
Responsible for billing and invoicing customers.
Responsible for punctual preparation of various weekly, quarterly, and annual (internal) reports.
Entering and coordinating all OEM parts orders to be shipped to manufacturing facilities.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

Perform other duties as assigned.

College Degree (Preferred) or equivalent experience in sales and/or customer facing roles
1-year minimum customer service experience
Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point
Knowledgeable and experience using CRM software, use of Maximizer a plus
Ability to read blueprints and drawings
Detail oriented, self-motivated, and extremely organized
Ability to deliver great customer service internally and externally servicing customers from diverse background
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to solve technical problems
Experience in multitasking and meeting deadlines
Good conflict training and a willingness to tackle any relevant customer service training
Must be able to work both independently and as a team member
