Customer Service Call Center Representative

Alvin sells tools and supplies for art, design and inspiration. We sell to thousands of art stores, colleges, stationery stores and other retailers across North America.
We are looking for someone to join our busy customer service team in Bloomfield. Our customer service representatives take calls, answer questions, input orders and solve problems. We are the face of the company, and our customers rely on us to get their orders processed and their questions answered.
We also play an important role as partners to our outside sales force. Our sales representatives live and work all over the U.S. and Canada, and we are their main connection to the home office. We help these folks to get their orders processed, and they really appreciate what we do.

Our minimum qualifications are:
· At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
· Positive Attitude, energetic and outgoing.
· Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
