We are seeking a driven Concierge Representative to join our team immediately!
As a Concierge Representative you will be working within the marketing department that will handle the customer service and dispatch of all web requests and online lead generation through Home Advisor, Angie’s List, Better Business Bureau, Houzz, Best Picks, Five Star Rated, Yelp, etc.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 plus years of experience in a customer service call center environment and enthusiasm about generating revenue! This is a fun and energetic team looking to add a charismatic teammate!

Details for the Concierge Representative:
Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $15 – $16 per hour (Based on Experience)…Plus Bonuses once converted!
Contract to Hire Opportunity
Responsibilities of the Concierge Representative:
Assist potential prospects with product and service information
Handle the customer service and dispatch of all web requests and online lead generation
Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound inquiries
Converting calls and emails into scheduled appointments
Requirements of the Concierge Representative:
4 plus years of experience in a customer service call center environment (home improvement industry preferred)
Sales experience recommended
