CITI Communications is looking for several Customer Support Representatives for our exciting Location-based client. Our clients are top-tier companies looking for upbeat and energetic individuals.
These are contracted roles starting ASAP! Candidates must be readily available and living in the Location. Looking for recent grads!
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Develop understanding of guidelines, processes and FAQs for applicable programs
Use a positive, friendly, and persuasive attitude to connect with our customers, communicate clearly over the phone, build relationships with customers, manage high call volume and pace, and overcome objections
Ability to exercise active listening skills, collect relevant information, and identify the needs of the customer
Demonstrate professional grammar, tone, and volume over the phone. Uses proper sentence structure, positive language and transitions. Uses effective listening, questioning and call control techniques.
Ability to read, write, present information verbally and in writing, comprehend sometimes complex instructions, short correspondence, and memos
May perform other administrative duties as assigned
Resolving client issues in a friendly, helpful way.
Attending staff and client meetings.
Tracking sales and maintaining records.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
One year of call center or customer support experience
Computer, internet and web browser experience
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
Ability to organize work, multitask and meet deadlines
Exceptional customer service skills
Team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills
