Overview

1-2 yrs of Experience.
External customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
Basic knowledge of computer applications.
Strong organizational skills.
Responsible for responding to retail customer concerns, troubleshooting equipment problems and logging proper calls. Also scheduling technicians for repair calls logged for US customers.
Uses ServiceMax system for customer service requests, using the information provided in instruction screens.
Places necessary outgoing calls to notify responsible parties.
Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7a-9p; Saturday & Sunday 8a-7p, shift will include one weekend day, days off may not be consecutive.
Shift may be later, such as 12:30p-9p or 11:30a-7p depending on business needs.

Training hours are Mon-Fri 9a-530p and will be approx. 4-6 weeks. Bi-lingual French or Spanish preferred
