<b>Job Number: R0058499</b><br /><br />Executive Communications and Policy Analyst, Senior<br />Key Role:<br />Work directly with the chief of staff and DASD daily and analyse the development and execution of acquisition-related policy and strategy. Collaborate with leadership on daily operations, including the development of standard business procedures, strategic communications, task management, and program management functions. Develop and synchronize strategic communications initiatives for government review and approval. Streamline and improve communication standards, guidelines, and processes. Review and help to evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of initiatives and materials. Develop, streamline, and improve internal program management functions for government review and approval and develop templates to ensure accurate and timely responses. Help to perform quality assurance reviews of written products and edit, compose, coordinate, and consolidate recurring and non-recurring reports and work products.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications: (Required)<br /><br />-5+ years of experience with working on or for OSD, Joint Staff, or Service Headquarter staffs<br /><br />-Ability to multi-task while paying strict attention to detail<br /><br />-TS/SCI clearance<br /><br />-BA or BS degree<br /><br />Additional qualifications: (Preferred)<br /><br />-Experience with the Defense Acquisition System, JCIDS, or PPBE processes<br /><br />-Experience with policy, executive-level briefings, and position papers for senior government clients<br /><br />-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills<br /><br />-BA or BS degree in Strategic Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred; MA or MS degree in Strategic Communications, Public Relations, or a related field a plus<br /><br />Clearance:<br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
