Overview

General Summary:
The Client Services Coordinator will fulfill the department’s needs by providing assistance to the Client Services Department. We’re looking for someone with a strong customer focus, that can resolve issues professionally. A strong emphasis computer and program literacy and navigation with a strong attention to detail. Someone with the ability to read, deliver, and receive legal correspondence. The ideal candidate is also someone with office, client services and extensive computer experience.
Department: Client Services
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Correspond with claimants to obtain updated information and provide updated information to claimants.
Continually follow-up with claimants to ensure claimant satisfaction.
Follow operations protocols and help identify beneficial changes to those protocols, as well as assisting in creating said protocols.
Storing, organizing, and managing files and documents
Providing accurate updates on tasks and projects within the company’s project management software
Engages in educational opportunities, continually updating job knowledge and participating in self-development activities
Review reports to determine needs of the department and execute accordingly
Work closely with the Client Services Supervisor for daily tasks as assigned
Review, update, and walk through contracts with claimants.
Claimant retainer issue resolution
Firm resolution and responding
Medical Facility follow ups and hipaa research
Analytic research
Qualifications:
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Typing: 40+ words per minute
Ability to handle many tasks at once.
Must be detail-oriented and focused on data accuracy.
Proficient in critical thinking and problem solving
Exceptional telephone communication etiquette
Requirements:
Minimum two years experience in customer service or office administration
