We are looking for responsible and reliable sales professionals to educate consumers and perform sales driven product demonstration weekly inside Hawaii Costco locations.
Scheduled demos are 7.5 hours. This is an on-going WEEKEND promotion with room for advancement. A perfect opportunity for people who have some flexibility in their schedules, and want to make an impact on the health of their communities. SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

PROGRAM: Terra Kai Organic’s Júce – Costco Demo Sales
Ohana Sales is bringing Júce Organic to consumer markets by way of a cohesive product sampling program. Awareness and SALES of Juce Organic Fruit & Veggie Vitamin Blend will be driven by a team who mirrors the brand’s image. Ohana Sales will strategically offer scheduled days and locations in which maximum sales and market exposure is possible.
TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES: All sales reps must be professional, engaging, outgoing, enthusiastic, and interact respectfully at all times, while on location, and in all communication with associates, management, and customers.
Your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
Orientation – review procedure manual, product knowledge, and time reporting processes prior to your first event.
It is very important that every sales rep respectfully follows the location protocol outlined in the orientation manual. **Certain retailers are particular about their rules and procedures, and we must agree to perform like respectful guests in their building.
Arrange for use of a 4ft x 2ft folding table – recommended for branded presentation.
Receive kit during on-site orientation, store kit at home, and transport kit to and from store.
Keep demo materials thoroughly clean, and sanitized at the end of each event.
Maintain current Food Safety Certifications, requirements vary by county.
Responding and communicating with Ohana Sales management and client as needed. Including sending photos at the start of each day to share your demo set up and location of product on shelf.
Set up and Strike demo at assigned Costco. THIS IS NOT A ROADSHOW. Demo station must be set up and taken down every scheduled shift. No supplies or equipment can be left on site. (Must be comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs)
Correct and relay details of merchandising while on-site.
Ability to connect withe shoppers, and convey product talking points with ease.
Perform post event recap via demo report and time keeping app immediately after each event.
PAY RATE:
$18 hr to start, plus bonus.
Make up to $27 per hour after bonus averages in!
Huge PLUS – this job is so much fun! We have lots of room for growth and will be hiring trainers and manager from our sales staff to help open up new areas.
TIMES/LOCATION – All Demo Events are 9:30-5:30. We offer Friday, Saturday and Sundays. For good sales we also offer Monday’s. We need someone a minimum of two days per week but we offer four days.
