We'll help you develop the career you want, as you chart your own course for success.<br /><br /><b>You Have:</b><br /><br />-2+ years of experience with analytics, data management, or data governance projects, including serving in technical, analytical, or advisory roles<br /><br />-2+ years of experience with strategic communications, client relationship management, change management, or management consulting using strategic frameworks, methodologies, and approaches to address organizational challenges<br /><br />-Experience with conducting, overseeing, coordinating, or supporting data analysis and advanced analytics projects<br /><br />-Experience with conducting stakeholder outreach, stakeholder management, or strategic communications across multiple communication platforms, including email, virtual workshops, phone, and in-person meetings<br /><br />-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<br /><br />-Knowledge of federal government, DoD, and industry data management best practices, including data governance, data quality, and security<br /><br />-Ability to work on small and cross-functional project teams<br /><br />-Secret clearance<br /><br />-BA or BS degree<br /><br /><b>Nice If You Have:</b><br /><br />-Experience working with senior government officials and translating ideas and concepts into professional communication products, including briefing papers and presentations, talking points, e-mails to staff, and other communication products as needed<br /><br />-Experience with the application of data science and advanced data analytics, including machine learning and artificial intelligence a plus<br /><br />-Experience with leveraging statistical analysis tools, including R, Python, SAS, or SPSS and business intelligence platforms, including Tableau and Qlik a plus<br /><br />-TS/SCI clearance preferred<br /><br /><b>Clearance: </b><br /><br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.<br /><br />SIG2017
