Overview

Responsibilities:
Reconcile customer issues and resolve smart client cases.
Document billings and contract activity.
Effectively communicate with functional departments (Sales, Finance, Credit, OM).
Maintain Departmental/Organizational service level goals.
Support project management.
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service, support and or sales experience
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Proficient with Oracle R12, Smart Client, Excel, and Google Sheets
Experience with revenue recognition and backlogging
