Lead a team of high impact, creative, digital, change, and process professionals to design and implement communications and digital solutions that broaden awareness of people programs, increase accessibility, and build connections. Anticipate the needs of our customers, including employees and business leaders and leverage technology to its fullest extent to meet them where they are – across geographies, client spaces, and industries. Deliver an experience that makes a positive impression and drives the right level of service in every touch point, via every medium, throughout the employee life cycle. Bring passion and a proven track record of designing and delivering customer-centric, multi-channel communications, driving continuous improvement and effective change management practices, using data to advance efforts, and implementing efforts that are scalable and achieve results. Partner with firm stakeholders, including those across business markets, People Services, and Marketing and Communications to comprehend opportunities and challenges and create outcomes that build relationships and add value for different segments of the workforce.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-10+ years of experience in a professional services organization<br /><br />-5 years of experience in management, including leading a performance- and outcomes-based staff, leading through change, coaching staff, and developing high-performance teams with cross-functional interdependencies<br /><br />-Experience with the design and execution of marketing and communications activities<br /><br />-Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content marketing<br /><br />-Ability to stay abreast of digital and traditional technologies, applications, and processes<br /><br />-Ability to manage large projects<br /><br />-BA or BS degree<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience with all forms of corporate and executive communication<br /><br />-Ability to show demonstrated success in crafting a substantive and cohesive set of messages for an organization, which has been successfully communicated to key audiences and resulted in a measurable difference to the organization<br /><br />-Ability to communicate complex information effectively in writing to all levels of staff, management, and external audiences and form and maintain partnerships and networks<br /><br />-Ability to develop compelling, insight-based strategic proposals and present them effectively and persuasively<br /><br />-Ability to display an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced, high performing, world-class organization<br /><br />-Ability to negotiate via networking and build excellent relationships in the interest of progressing the work<br /><br />-Ability to show a detail-oriented approach and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality<br /><br />-Ability to thrive in an environment where ambiguity and change are the only constants<br /><br />-Ability to distill complex concepts into interesting and digestible pieces quickly<br /><br />-Ability to listen to and incorporate ideas to influence strategy actively and thoughtfully and shape content<br /><br />-Ability to be creative and skilled at identifying and seizing opportunities for an organization to reach key audiences<br /><br />-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including public speaking<br /><br />-Possession of excellent advocacy skills<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.<br /><br />ESG1
