PAM Transport is a top 100 truckload carrier and we are expanding into the Fort Wayne market. We have just opened a new facility and we are looking for candidates who want to get in on the ground level and be part of the building blocks for our growth!
The general purpose of the CSR role is to contact and interact with current and future customers to obtain and process all information necessary to provide value added services to our customers.
MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
Obtain, evaluate, and enter all pertinent information for load orders
Respond to customer’s inquiries such as tracking and tracing certain documents
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Update web sites and edit functions
Complete customer reports as required
Communicate and coordinate with planning team on amount of loads to book and origin and destinations
Keep up with customer’s trailer pool (as required)
Work with driver managers with customer or load problems
Communicate with account sales managers on customer problems or concerns
Must establish and maintain a lasting relationship with customer

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of relevant computer applications
