You'll leverage specialized knowledge of operating systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, patching, triage, and hardening to ensure mission success for an intelligence community client. You'll demonstrate experience with OS-level scripting, including Linux and other systems. You'll monitor infrastructure and operating system-level services. You'll apply knowledge of operating system logs, tools, and monitoring functions. We'll help you develop the career you want as you chart your own course for success.<br /><br /><b>You Have: </b><br /><br />-2+ years of experience with working in IT<br /><br />-2+ years of experience with VMware virtualization technologies<br /><br />-Experience with Shell scripting<br /><br />-Knowledge of Linux system administration, including logging<br /><br />-Knowledge of system design, information security, scripting, and LDAP<br /><br />-Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam<br /><br />-HS diploma or GED<br /><br />-DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II+ Certification<br /><br /><b>Nice If You Have:</b><br /><br />-Experience with clustering<br /><br />-Experience with deployment and configuration automation in Jenkins, Ansible, and Cloud Formation Templates<br /><br />-Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and Python preferred<br /><br />-VMware Advanced Professional (VCAP) Certification<br /><br />-CompTIA Security+ and VMware Certified Professional (VCP) Certification<br /><br />-Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Certification<br /><br />-Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certification<br /><br />-AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner<br /><br />-AWS Certified DevOps Engineer<br /><br /><b>Clearance:</b><br /><br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
