<b>Job Number: R0058668</b><br /><br />Search Engine Optimization Strategist<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Develop the firm's Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategy and oversee implementation of a scalable, repeatable model to drive improved marketing and business performance for content creation and demand generation. Develop short-term and long-term roadmaps with a focus on driving SEO strategies and best practices and enabling others to infuse SEO into goals, planning, and execution. Work with integrated marketers, content creators, digital strategists, and marketing analytics data scientists in providing SEO analysis and recommendations for integrated and engaging marketing and content campaigns and range of projects and campaign initiatives across Web, e-mail, and social.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-7+ years of experience in a digital marketing environment driving SEO or SEM strategy<br /><br />-Experience with SEO management software, rank tracking platforms, and analytics platforms, including Adobe Experience Cloud, and industry trends<br /><br />-Experience with professional services marketing to B2B or B2G prospects<br /><br />-Experience with content management platforms and digital analytics programs and overall digital marketing processes, metrics and terminology, and best practices<br /><br />-Experience with performing keyword research in coordination with the firm's business objectives to optimize new and existing content<br /><br />-Experience with providing recommendations and executing strategies for enterprise content development in coordination with SEO goals<br /><br />-Experience with monitoring and evaluating search results and search performance across the major search channels to improve rankings<br /><br />-Knowledge of on-page SEO principles, best practices, and competitive analysis processes<br /><br />-BA or BS degree<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics<br /><br />-Experience with working in a consulting or agency environment<br /><br />-Experience with working in or comprehending regulated industries or fields<br /><br />-Knowledge of federal government audiences<br /><br />-Ability to be a strategic and creative thinker that uses data to inform decision-making<br /><br />-Possession of excellent project management skills to be efficient in managing workloads, communicating tasks across the team, and juggling a number of projects at the same time<br /><br />-MA or MS degree or certifications in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Marketing<br /><br />-Completion of SEO training courses or SEO certifications<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.<br /><br />ESG1
