Understand and cross between data entry and verification tasks using standard verification processes
Has already or has demonstrated the ability to quickly master all tasks within a given Equifax work group
Utilize experience and expertise to provide insights to operations leadership
Operate a diverse range of tasks, moving between processes with the mentorship of management
Perform clerical, phone, operational or manual work
Validate/complete and document requested data through phone, fax or email contact
Analyze and research more in-depth data of information requested, utilizing appropriate resources
Perform document review and audit
Identify and troubleshoot issues within own scope of work
Effectively process raised or rushed tasks
Provide timely and professional communication to supervisors and management
Demonstrate an ability to organize and prioritize tasks appropriately
Dedicatedly seeks new assignments to improve skill set and knowledge base
Has already or has demonstrated the ability to gain an understanding of Equifax’s operational objectives and product offerings
Accept stretch assignments provided by management that include but are not limited to report generation, training, development of documentation for training/education/best-practices, etc.
What makes you a good fit for this role?
You’re a high school graduate or equivalent
Understanding of PC functions, including Windows-based applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn/understand internal Verification Services technology/systems
Meets physical location requirements (Des Moines, Iowa & St. Louis, MO)
You have a strong emphasis on collaboration and team building
You can perform various tasks at the same time and are capable of handling high volume of work and work under deadlines
You respond quickly to unexpected changes
You can work with people in a professional and courteous manner
You possess creative problem solving and analytical skills
You exude professionalism within the workplace
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders
You have excellent customer service skills
Ability to work autonomously, but follows instructions and guidance well
Self-starter with high degree of initiative
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
What will make you stand out?
At least one year experience in a high volume processing center
Experienced in a customer service role
You’ve worked within a high-volume, call center environment
