The Job Window is seeking a full-time Junior Customer Service & Sales Associate who is career minded and posses unmatched people skills. This is an entry level opening NOT in a call center environment. As a result of clients placing a high value on the more personalized approach and excellent customer service delivered by the customer service team, there is a new opening for the expansion of the retail campaign.
Servicing retail giants with a smile and a handshake is why the customer service division has enjoyed unprecedented growth this year. Campaigns are focused on developing and executing unique, and personable advertising strategies designed to generate new customers for clients.

The Challenge: We are continuously expanding the client base as well as the number of territories covered on a National scale. The current client base is extremely diverse, and operating territories now stack up to 5 across the nation. These growing retail marketing campaigns are in need of upcoming (entry level) customer service professionals that can work on site at the promotional events providing direct customer and client support through promotional techniques.
The Position: Junior Customer Service & Sales Associates work in an environment that is centered on being a part of a team and being included in a family atmosphere. By bringing together diverse individuals who have an array of expertise, skills and potential, it helps senior management to create progressive promotional marketing solutions for clients. The Job Window is looking for key individuals to provide customer service and promotional knowledge to the existing and future client base.

Junior Customer Service Qualifications:
0-1 year experience in a customer service, retail or restaurant/service related role suggested but training for this role will be provided.
Ability to adapt to a variety of people

Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
