Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:
Relationship building
Providing excellent customer service by processing payments & report claims
Conducting needs based policy reviews and updating policies
Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
Generating quotes
Conducting policy reviews & updating policies

Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty, or Life & Health
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
Confident, self-starter who works well independently
Must have ability to multi-task
