To further underpin our drive for excellent customer service, we are now looking to recruit a Customer Sales and Brand Representative to join our established team. Working alongside other retailer-facing sales teams, you will be expected to review the current sales and after sales satisfaction and to identify the root causes of strong (and ineffective) customer interactions.
The job holder must be/have:
Confident, credible and articulate
Skilled in listening and being able to collate information & gain agreement
An objective style with the ability to challenge in a calm, positive way
Highly customer focused with real empathy for service and support
A good team player
Be self-motivated and able to demonstrate resilience
Well-developed organizational and facilitation skills
Graduate/relevant professional qualification
Well presented with a professional appearance
While we’ll teach you everything we have learned about people, our client, organizational development and customer acquisitions — your experience in these areas will help you to hit the ground running. And any experience you have working with customers, especially in a face to face role, will come in handy.
