Daily Responsibilities of the Customer Care Representative:
Answer inbound customer service calls and make some outbound follow up calls in a professional, service-oriented manner. Answer the calls timely without drops/abandons.
Ascertain the reason for the call and assist the caller with their questions, concerns or problems with the focus on first call resolution. Facilitate resolution by referring the matter to the issue/content expert. Escalate the matter to a supervisor, request the appropriate information or take appropriate action so that the issue expert can effectively resolve the matter.
Assist with inbound faxes to identify issues and take action on account to facilitate faxed request.
Requirements of the Customer Care Representative:
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must have 1-2 years of experience in an inbound call center
Must have previous collections/negotiation experience
Must have exceptional customer service skills
Must be able to type at least 35 WPM
Must have experience with an auto-dialer and have excellent computer skills
Hours for this Position:
Training hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30om/5:00pm
Hours after training will be 8 hour shifts between 7am-6:00pm CST
