Details: Looking for an assistant to help in the event at Hmong Town Festival on June 29th – Jun 30th. Estimated population of attendee is 10,000 to 15,000. Booth # 16.

Job Details:
Customer Experience
Engages customers and potential clients by greeting them and helping answer question on products and services. Answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience or refers them to agent.
Creates great customer experience with the customer
Operations
Assist with setting up the tent and booth at the beginning of the day and taking it down at the end of Sunday.
Assist with daily activities.
Assist customer with filling quote sheet out
Provides customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
Sends customer to agent to answer any specific insurance questions
Partake in the competitive environment with another Event Sales Assistant
Paid Hourly + incentive
Qualification:
· Able to create instant rapport with potential/new/current customer
· 1-2 years in customer services
· Professionalism
· 6 months – 1 years in sales
· Willingness to learn Basic insurance knowledge (auto, Home, Life, Commercial)
· Strong communication
· Bi-lingual Hmong and English
Preferred:
· Experiences in a professional field
· Consistent sales history
· Great customer relationship building
· Able to effectively and professionally communicate in Hmong
