We are seeking a Customer Service Field Representative to coordinate the installation of temporary power in single and three phase systems, while providing best in class service to our customers!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Represents Company as the expert in the temporary utilities field.
Responsible for the technical support to sales of new and on going business.
Is the customer’s primary technical representative from Power Plus.
Represents all of Company’s product lines and experience for new or present customers.
Primary contact for coordination of all job site activity.
Make technical visits on behalf of Power Plus, to technical groups at various customers, potential customers, and other organizations.
Gather information from potential customers and develop products that meet customer needs.
Communicates with people on all levels in a multitude of organizations.
Show up to work on time as scheduled, or personally phone supervisor prior to the start of shift if a variation of schedule is required.
Follow up on all jobs to ensure that all equipment is set in accordance to plan/contract at location to avoid customer complaints and repeat trips for installers.
Report all work injuries and vehicular accidents to supervisor immediately (Injuries and accidents you are involved in will be evaluated to determine if it was preventable)
Wear OSHA compliant safety equipment – hard hats, etc. as directed.
Adhere to Power Plus! safety and quality standards when setting and/or picking up equipment
Accurately report (every stop) to dispatch and scheduler. Fill out tickets, highlight maps and go over tickets with Mapper each day.

Qualification/Requirements:
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Should have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Must have a reliable transportation vehicle which will include a monthly vehicle allowance and fuel card.
Education/Training/Experience
This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.
1. Associates degree or equivalent experience.
An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player. Experience in Word, Excel, and other applicable database programs.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex human resource related documents.
