Deal directly with customers either by phone or electronically
Interact with customers in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests
Become proficient with software – Service Titan, Trello, SendHub, Google Mail
Respond to and resolve customer issues
Communicate and coordinate with technicians and other internal departments
Demonstrate product and service knowledge, problem solving, and documentation skills
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Must demonstrate proficient phone skills and attention to detail
Must have relevant computer skills
Availability to work one day of the weekend IF needed
Ensure timely arrival to work in order to facilitate calls
Appropriate office attire required
Willingness to cross-train in other areas
High school diploma or some college
