Due to recent expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Full-Time Customer Service Advisor to provide support services. We specializing in providing a variety of direct marketing campaigns and promotional services to clients based throughout the USA.
The role will involve:
Owning and resolving customer queries at the first point of contact
Managing and maintaining sales and purchases
Working effectively within a small team
Communication with clients, field-based staff, colleagues and ensuring all client requirements are met
Updating customer information using our internal system
Administration tasks as required
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Excellent Customer Service skills essential.
Highly organized and process driven individual with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Effective Communication skills in order to liaise with other departments and colleagues to achieve results
Highly motivated with the ability to use own initiative
Computer literacy – MS Office, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
This role would be suitable for someone with proven work experience as a Customer Service Assistant or a Client Services Coordinator. However, all levels of experience will be considered for this role.
