Main Objectives:
Processing sales transactions and identifying customer needs.
Attending appropriate team training and development.
To organize, prioritize and supervise your own workflow for the best interests of the business and achieve target levels of work as agreed with the Managers and Directors.
To monitor your performance and provide customer feedback for management
Facilitate in help to and achieve team targets, motivating team members to work effectively and develop as individuals and as part of the team.
Dealing promptly and effectively with all customer queries in a diplomatic, efficient and polite manner. To ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times.

You Will Have:
Have a strong background in engaging and delighting customers within a service-focused environment
