Customer Service Responsibilities
Demonstrate excellent order management skills and exceed customer expectations
Accurately entering unique customer purchase orders (with zero errors)
Work closely with logistics to ensure shipping efficiencies and that customer routing preference are achieved.
Ensure email correspondence adheres to the company standards.
Handle a high volume of calls with an exceptional customer service attitude and manners
Job Requirements/Qualifications of Customer Service Representative
Bachlor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of related business experience
Experience building relationships through stellar customer service
Initiative, adaptability and flexible with changes.
Exceptional prioritization, multi-tasking, follow up and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, time-sensitive and high-volume environment
Strong computer proficiency, knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) and previous experience with Sage 100 a plus
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
