We are seeking a full-time office associate to provide administrative support to the operation and provide the highest quality of customer service to our clients. Primary duties include preparing proposals, handling a heavy volume of calls, filing, scheduling and dispatch. Excellent telephone interaction with customers is required. We are looking for a high energy, multi-tasking professional!
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Prepare Proposals
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be proficient in MS Office — Excel, Word and Outlook
