Base pay of $25K plus commission.
Annual income potential of between $35K-$45K

Job Description:
Processing new service orders start to finish.
Handling customer issues, questions, and up-selling products
Inputting relevant call information into PC.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team quotas/goals.
Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customer requires
Transferring calls to other call centers or departments if the customer requires additional information or assistance
Documenting all sales calls
Handling 50-80 sales calls per day
Compensation/Advancement:
Base pay of $25K plus commission.
Annual income potential of between $35K-$45K

Job Requirements:
Minimum of six months of customer service experience within the last two years.
Consultative sales involve meeting sales quotas understanding a selling cycle/process, earning commissions/bonuses, and upselling.
PC familiarity and proficient typing skills 25 wpm
Strong technical skills and ability to explain the complex in simple terms.
Must be very articulate and professional
Hours:
Full-Time shifts only 40 hours per week with OT available.
Hours of operation are 10:00am-11:00pm (Must be flexible.) 7 days a week.
Schedules are determined on business needs. You will have a firm schedule before you are convert over to client.
