Seeking an individual who is customer service oriented and enjoys giving back to the community and enjoys working in a team environment.

A government agency is seeking for bi-lingual individuals fluent in Mandarin in a call center environment. The team is enthusiastic group of people, dedicated to assisting people with questions regarding their insurance. Training is fully paid, and will provide full time work, with an opportunity to become a permanent employee, Monday through Friday in the Financial District. You must be available to start working June 11th!

The first month provides Paid Training on location from 8 am – 5 pm
Following training, the current shift available is from 11:30 am – 8 pm

Responsibilities:
– Answering questions.
– Translating insurance information.
– Providing quality customer service.

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Skills:
– Are customer service minded.
– Fluent in Mandarin.

Education:
High School

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
Fluent in Mandarin.
A highschool degree or GED equivalency is required.
